(Lexington, IN. - July 8, 2009) Three Springs at Englishton Park, located in Southern Indiana, recently celebrated three years of working with troubled teens. To celebrate this occasion, Three Springs hosted an educational training and luncheon on the Englishton Park campus.

In attendance were over 70 child care professionals from all over the state that have worked with Three Springs over the past three years. Dr. Jonathan Bevers conducted training on "Bi-polar Disorder in Children." Guests also toured the campus. Prior to the presentation, Katie Creech received the employee of the year award for her outstanding work as Kitchen Manager. Dana Thomas, the Program Administrator, stated that "Katie has done an excellent job meeting the dietary needs of our residents, she always has a positive attitude and the staff and residents love her cooking" Katie has been with Three Springs for the past 15 months and was very surprised with her award.
