The Three Springs Englishton Park team includes an administrator, clinical director/program director, primary therapist, group leaders, teachers, a nurse, and contracted psychiatrist, psychologist, and physician.

Program Administrator

Dana Thomas MSW, LCSW
Graduate from Spalding University
Dana has over 15 years experience in working with families and adolescents and over 6 years experience in working with Juvenile Justice agencies in Indiana.

Clinical Director

Jon Browning MA, LMHC
Graduate of Ball State University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology
Jon has over 20 years experience in a variety of clinical settings in Indiana.

Staff Therapists

Cheryl Ritter MA, LMHC
Graduate of Liberty University with a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling
Cheryl Specializes in working with families and adolescents and has Alpine Tower and ROPES course certification.

Sharon Straub
Masters Degree in Social work and Psychology from the University of Louisville
Sharon enjoys using creative and expressive therapy techniques.

Unit Director

Percy Atkins
Bachelors of Business Admin from the University of Western Alabama
Percy is certified in SAMA, Alpine Towers and low ROPES courses.
