As you consider the best treatment option for your troubled teen, you want to be sure your child receives the best care possible. You want to know that the people working with your child are qualified and that the services they provide are recognized by the appropriate licensing authorities.

Every Sequel TSI residential program meets or exceeds all local, state and national accreditation standards. Each Sequel TSI program is licensed by the proper authorities in the residing state. All private program schools are accredited by a regional licensing authority and home state, ensuring that they meet the highest academic standards. Sequel TSI programs are licensed by appropriate governmental agencies including one or more of the following:

  • Department of Education
  • Department of Mental Health
  • Department of Human Resources
  • Department of Youth Services
  • Department of Children’s Services
  • Department of Juvenile Services
  • Department of Social Services

Sequel TSI residential programs are also accredited by the following accreditation authorities, where appropriate:

  • National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP)
  • Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS)
  • Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools
  • Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA)
  • Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)
  • American Correctional Association
  • Immigration and Naturalization Service

In order to ensure uninterrupted compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards. Sequel TSI maintains an extensive Internal Quality Assurance Department. Quality Assurance Practitioners regularly visit each Sequel TSI campus ensuring that services delivered to our children always meet the high standards we have set for ourselves.
