
Who We Are
Three Springs New Directions is a Moderate Residential Treatment Program for females ages 15-19. The program offers an array of services for youth with moderate to serious emotional and/or behavioral management problems that interfere with the youth's ability to function in the family, at school or community setting. This Moderate Level Program provides self-sufficiency training and prepares youth for independent living.

ADMISSION CRITERIA
- Youth must have a DSM-IV diagnosed mental illness from a psychological evaluation within the past two years and a FSIQ of 70+.
- Only youth who have had a MAT assessment indicating this level of care will be admitted.
- Expected length of stay is 4 to 9 months.
SERVICES
- Assessments conducted upon admission for psychological, social, educational and medical needs.
- A minimum of two hours of Basic Living Skill, offered daily.
- Individual sessions and group counseling will be offered to each youth.
- Master's level Family Service Workers will conduct groups on subjects such as anger management, boundaries, responding to conflict and social interactions.
- Psycho-education for families.
